Policies

Please review the policies of our Missouri Bed and Breakfast Inn. Be sure to make a reservation to spend your getaway vacation at Flinthill Cottage B&B and enjoy the privacy, seclusion and tranquility of our retreat nestled away on 16 acres.

• Check-in: 3:00 p.m. - 8:00 pm (late arrival by prior arrangement).
• Check-out: 12:00 p.m.
• Advanced reservations appreciated
• No pets
• Accommodates 4 adults
• Children 8 and older
• A 10 day notice must be given prior to arrival date for refund - $25 cancellation fee unless cottage is able to be rented that day. Holidays and special events require a 30 day cancellation notice.
• All reservations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date must be paid for in full at the time of the reservation. An advanced deposit on a valid credit card will confirm the reservation and will be charged at the time the reservation is made.
• The cottage is also available for weekly rentals.
• Smoking is preferred outside on porches and decks.
